Terms

Draft, pending review. Not yet in effect. Last updated October 11, 2026.

By using prevu you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

prevu monitors public information based on watches you write and summarises it in a daily brief and alerts. Information comes from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always confirm prices, dates and availability with the source before you act.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or another supported provider. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Don’t use prevu to break the law, harass people, track individuals without their consent, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions

prevu offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

Your watch text stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you.

Disclaimers and liability

prevu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on a brief, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Apple

These terms are between you and prevu, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, as described in Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement.

Ending

You can stop using prevu and delete your account at any time. We may change or end the service with reasonable notice.

Changes

We’ll notify you in the app of material changes before they take effect.
